Mitch Clem Versus the Internet

Completely true sob story elaborated upon:

Forgot to pay water bill, water was shut off. This was discovered after the water company was already closed for the day, so I had to wait until the next morning to call them to pay the bill and have them come out. That’s day one of no shower (punx).

Call the next morning, they say they’ll come out during the day and no one needs to be home providing we don’t leave any faucets running. If there are any faucets on, they can’t turn the water on and we’ll be billed AGAIN for making them come out extra times. That’s all well and good, there’s nothing turned on, no big, can’t wait to get home after work and be able to, you know, poop and stuff.

Get home, of course they didn’t turn the water on. Nothing was left running, of course, but try telling them that. Oops! Can’t try telling them that, because their office was closed for the day again. That was Friday. They’ll reopen on Monday, which doesn’t matter, because the earliest weekday either of us can be home from work will be Tuesday.

So the earliest either of us can go to the bathroom in our own apartment will be Tuesday evening. Our first day going into work showered and wearing clean clothes and not smelling like a couple fucking gross wrinkly destitutes (punx) will be next Wednesday. 

Fuck everything. O’Malley, Amanda deserves those books or whatever the hell the prize is.

completely true sob story: we forgot to pay our water bill that we totally had the money for, so i painted this using water i had to go to the grocery store to get. also, if i need to use the bathroom tonight, i have to walk across the road to the shitty 24 hour walmart. boo.
